WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU OWNED A FOOD TRUCK? We both worked in the music business. Misty was a celebrity assistant. Kristy worked in PR, Management, etc.

WHY DID YOU START A FOOD TRUCK? We both wanted something that was “ours,” and a bit of a challenge. This is out of our comforts zones for sure.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST FOOD TRUCK EXPERIENCE? Trying out the Grilled Cheeserie at a food truck rally in Franklin.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD TRUCK IN NASHVILLE, OTHER THAN YOUR OWN? It’s difficult to pick one favorite, as we have had so many delicious items from so many different trucks!

WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE SERVICE/CUSTOMER/EXPERIENCE? Probably our first day serving. We were part of the Nashville Marathon and Half Marathon and really got an idea of how much fun and how much work running a food truck is!
