The Chapman's II "Pie Wagon" is a historic food trolley from Franklin Tennessee. It was first established in 1922. Chapman's II prepares their signature dish - a tender marinated flank steak - served on a pretzel roll with onion jam and fried shallots at every outing along with a delicious offering of sides like mac-n-cheese and potato salad.
